Many people struggle with sticking to a new habit.

We want to start meditating because we know it’s good for us.

We want to start a running habit and get started, but then after a couple of days we skip a run. And another and before you know it you haven’t hit the road for months.

Does that necessarily mean that the habit doesn’t work for you? Or that you failed?

Actually, it is totally normal. The best thing you can do, is sit down and look at what worked. What felt good when you did it? Why did you start it? It does not matter that you stopped; it only matters whether you are willing to try again.
